Welcome to the Girls Inc. Volunteer Program!

We appreciate your interest in helping us achieve our mission to inspire all girls to be strong, smart, and bold. Volunteers are a critical part of what we do, and they make all the difference in the quality of experience our girls receive. With year-round programs, we are certain to have the perfect opportunity to fit your daily schedule.
Mission Our volunteer mission is based on Servant Leadership: “In order to be a leader one must first be willing to serve.” Time and again, we see that when girls experience the impact of servant leadership as modeled by our volunteers, they carry it forward and practice it in their own lives. Programs   Our volunteer application describes some of the many opportunities we have available. All you really need is a desire to get involved and the ability to commit. Expectations
Step One: Complete volunteer application.
Step Two: Schedule a brief face to face orientation with the volunteer coordinator. This is mandatory.

  • If participant is 16 or younger, a parent must be present for the face to face interview.
  • If participant is 17 or older, the meeting will be conducted on an individual basis.

Our commitment to you is to provide a meaningful and fulfilling volunteer experience. In exchange, we ask that when you make a volunteer commitment to us, we can count on you.

From one-on-one tutoring and homework assistance to assisting our coaches with soccer, running club, basketball or softball; being a positive mentor for a high school girl to teaching 4th graders about organic gardening, we have a place for you at Girls Inc.!

We look forward to working with you!
